Western Union publishes no fixed fee for Cuba — it is quoted at send time, by amount and method (roughly $5–$50+). There is no cash pickup for Cuba; deposits go to Banco Popular de Ahorro, Banco Metropolitano or Bandec, or to a USD-denominated MLC account.

Cash home delivery: flat $20 fee for amounts up to $100, plus 20% of anything above $100. MLC card top-up: flat $12 fee up to $90, plus 15% of anything above $90.
